Attention to Agents who are members of a Board of Realtor's:
The Board of Realtor's mandate that their members take an Ethics class this year in 2012. We are offering several Ethics classes to meet this demand. Our Ethics classes are 7 hours each and are approved by the Real Estate Commission for 7 hours of continuing education credit hours. Also, a member must take an additional 7 hours of Continuing Ed classes to fulfill all 14 hours needed to renew their license by May 31, 2012.
