Class: Pre-License: Real Estate Fundamentals Evening Course

Class Description

The Real Estate Fundamental course is designed to familiarize the student with the principles, laws and language that dictate the business of real estate. Land, property rights, valuation, environmental concerns, and the laws that govern the transfer of rights and interests are the basis of this course.

Class Dates and Times

This class meets each Monday & Thursday from 11/15/10 to 12/9/10. Classes begin at 6:15 PM and end at 10:00 PM.

Class Costs

  • The registration fee for this class is $150.00.
  • The cost of the class book is $50.00.

Class Notes

We will have class on Wednesday, 11/24 instead of Thursday, 11/25 due to the Thanksgiving holiday.

Completion of these courses will satisfy the requirements of the Real Estate Commission in order to take the Pennsylvania Real Estate Licensing Exam. The exam is administered by PSI Examination Services on a regular basis. It consists of two parts; the State test covering Pennsylvania laws and the National test covering basic real estate concepts. A 70% is required on each section to pass.

****Book cost includes instructional materials which is a one time fee that covers both Pre-License courses.
