Class Description

This course will enable the student to have the knowledge and the skills needed to identify and understand specific architectural styles, building shapes(roof styles, chimneys and dormers),and details(floor plans, wall systems, doors and columns) as well as 26 specific house styles. Have you ever been confused an unable to identify whether the home you are listing is a colonial, a victorian, a georgian, a mission, etc. Let us help you easily identify these home styles as well as different roof and dormer shapes, different window shapes, different types of columns and much more!
