Class Description

This course will highlight information on foreclosure properties, judicial and nonjudicial foreclosure availability, right of redemption, foreclosure time lines, how to identify a short sale property, marketing a short sale, short sale contracts, purchasing REO properties, Broker and Client Auction Procedures.
