Class: Pre-License: Real Estate Fundamentals & Practice Daytime Courses

Class Description

The Real Estate Fundamental course is designed to familiarize the student with the principles, laws and language that dictate the business of real estate. Land, property rights, valuation, environmental concerns, and the laws that govern the transfer of rights and interests are the basis of this course.

The Real Estate Practice course introduces the student to all functions of the real estate business including real estate transactions, brokerage, listing contracts and sales agreements. Real Estate mathematics, financing, appraisals and closings which are essential in today’s real estate world are explored.

This class meets each Monday, Wednesday & Friday's from 8/30/10 to 9/20/10. Classes begin at 8:30 AM and end at 3:30 PM.

Class Costs

  • The registration fee for this class is $300.00.
  • The cost of the class book is $50.00.

Completion of these courses will satisfy the requirements of the Real Estate Commission in order to take the Pennsylvania Real Estate Licensing Exam. The exam is administered by PSI Examination Services on a regular basis. It consists of two parts; the State test covering Pennsylvania laws and the National test covering basic real estate concepts. A 70% is required on each section to pass.
