Class: Pre-License: Real Estate Practice Evening Course

Class Description

The Real Estate Practice course introduces the student to all functions of the real estate business including real estate transactions, brokerage, listing contracts and sales agreements. Real Estate mathematics, financing, appraisals and closings which are essential in today’s real estate world are explored.

Class Dates and Times

This class meets each Monday & Thursday from 8/9/10 to 9/2/10. Classes begin at 6:15 PM and end at 10:00 PM.

Class Costs

  • The registration fee for this class is $150.00.
  • The cost of the class book is $50.00.

Class Notes

****Book cost includes instructional materials which is a one time fee that covers both Pre-License courses.

Completion of these courses will satisfy the requirements of the Real Estate Commission in order to take the Pennsylvania Real Estate Licensing Exam. The exam is administered by PSI Examination Services on a regular basis. It consists of two parts; the State test covering Pennsylvania laws and the National test covering basic real estate concepts. A 70% is required on each section to pass.
