Class: Real Estate Law

Class Description

This class will provide you with knowledge of the current and dynamic licensing laws and decisions. Licensees need to be informed and knowledgeable of real estate law, agency law, and disclosure laws that impact the sale of all real estate. This course will discuss the fiduciary responsibilities of a real estate broker and review pending legislation that affects real estate transactions.

This class meets each Wednesday from 3/3/10 to 4/21/10. Classes begin at 5:30 PM and end at 9:15 PM.
