Class Description

This course will identify the key responsibilities of licensees and provide a framework to enable recently licensed salespersons to develop strategies and business practices that are consistent with their legal and ethical duties and obligations while providing the highest level of professional service to consumers

This class meets on Tuesday, 12/31/69 from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Class Costs

  • The registration fee for this class is $69.00.
  • The cost of the book is included in your registration fee.

Class Notes

Anyone licensed from December 1, 2007 to the present is required to take this course as well as the 7 hour New Agent Residential Course to complete the 14 hours of continuing education required for the 2010 license renewal.

Though this is a requirement for new licensees it may be taken by any agent to complete 7 hours of the continuing education requirement.
