Class: New Agent Required Residential Course

Class Description

This course is designed to equip the licensee with information in the areas of types of construction, land development, zoning, home inspections, home warranties, mortgage information, fair housing, environmental issues, and case studies of actual situations and the disciplinary action taken.

This class meets on Thursday, 3/25/10 from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Class Costs

  • The registration fee for this class is $69.00.
  • The cost of the book is included in your registration fee.

Class Notes

Anyone licensed from December 1, 2007 to the present is required to take this course as well as the 7 hour Core Course to complete the 14 hours of continuing education required for the 2010 license renewal.

Though this is a requirement for new licensees it may be taken by any agent to complete 7 hours of the continuing education requirement.
