Steve Chupinka:
Steve Chupinka has been an instructor for the Lodolce Academy since February 2006. He teaches Pre-License, Broker Accreditation, and Continuing Education.
Steve enjoys teaching and feels that he benefits from the professional experience of those he teaches. Steve has been a licensed real estate broker since September 1999 and is the Broker of Record of three offices.
In addition Steve is experienced in real estate development and has been working REO properties since 2001. He is also a Senior Residential Specialist and is nearing completion of the REO Specialization from the Five Star Institute.
